After the highly anticipated U.S.-based burger restaurant Shake Shack opened at Yonge and Dundas earlier this year, fans of the chain are in for some more good news.
It has just been announced two more locations are coming to the city soon, opening at Union Station and Yorkdale Shopping Centre.
Shake Shack at Union Station, Canada’s busiest transit hub, will be a great destination to grab a quick bite before a game or while waiting for your train. It will also feature a full bar complete with exclusive cocktails, along with artwork by local illustrator Pui Yan Fong which captures “the dynamic energy of Union Station and its surroundings”, according to the press release.
Yorkdale Shopping Centre’s location will highlight a different local artist, Vivian Rosas, known for her vibrant portrayals of feminism, empowerment, and diversity.
Both locations will serve Shake Shack’s beloved menu items, including their crispy crinkle-cut fries, signature smash burgers, and creamy milkshakes.
While exact opening dates haven’t been announced, the new Shake Shack locations are expected to open this winter.
Stay tuned!
